Planning coordination

At the start of a construction project and throughout its duration, PAI Engineering manages the process of selecting the planning teams and of formulating decisions on the project’s nature in coordination with the client’s demands.

Throughout the process, PAI Engineering constantly communicates with the architects and various project consultants, ensures that the requirements of the various authorities (municipalities, the Israel Lands Administration, the Housing Ministry, etc.) are met, manages regular planning meetings, and follows a program of planning assessments from start to finish.

PAI Engineering’s vast experience in managing negotiations with contractors and examining their professional capabilities allows us to recommend the right contractor for the job. The process includes submitting requests for cost estimates based on the engineering specifications, collating the various estimates submitted, and supervising the contracts from the engineering perspective.

Management and Supervision During Construction

PAI Engineering undertakes management and supervision at all stages of construction, including managing the weekly coordination meetings, running quality control checks during the various construction stages, controlling the budget and the schedules, and supervising the implementation of corrections and repairs.
